Using VLTDCRDS
These terms apply when you use VLTDCRDS, whether you're browsing prices or have an account. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use VLTDCRDS. You must be 13 or older to create an account.
Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person per account. Don't share accounts or sign up on someone else's behalf without permission.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings.
Your content
You own what you put into your vault (your cards, notes and settings). You give us permission to store and display it so we can run the service. If you make your vault public, that permission extends to showing it on your public page until you switch sharing off.
Fair use
Please don't:
- use a username or public vault that's offensive, impersonates someone, or misleads people
- use public vaults to scam, or claim to own or sell cards you don't have
- scrape, copy or resell our prices or data in bulk, or overload the service with automated requests
- try to access other people's accounts or break our security
- use VLTDCRDS for anything illegal
We can remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Prices and features
Prices, alerts, profit and loss, and the grading calculator are estimates for information only. They are not financial advice, and they may be delayed or wrong. Please read the disclaimer. Alerts depend on prices refreshing, so they may arrive late or not at all. Don't rely on them for time-critical buying or selling.
The service
VLTDCRDS is free to use today. We may add, change or remove features, add optional paid plans, or pause the service for maintenance. If we ever introduce paid plans, their price and terms will be shown clearly before you pay, and we'll never move your existing free features behind a paywall without telling you first.
Our content and other people's
The VLTDCRDS name, logo, design and code belong to us. Card names, images and logos belong to their owners (see the disclaimer). Price data comes from third-party sources, each with their own terms.
Our responsibility to you
We provide VLTDCRDS "as is" and do our best to keep it running and accurate. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for losses caused by relying on our prices or features, for anything that happens on eBay or other sites we link to, or for things outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you use VLTDCRDS as a consumer, you keep all your statutory rights.
Ending things
You can stop using VLTDCRDS and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why where we can.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top and tell you about important changes. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
